- Funding history: including amount raised per round, round type (e.g., Seed, Series A), date of each funding event, and nature of funding instruments (e.g., equity, SAFE, convertible note);
- Planned future rounds: anticipated date and size of next round;
- Description of the company’s business model, competitors, and market strategy; and
- Uploaded documents (e.g., pitch deck, business plan) containing business-related but potentially identifiable information.
This information is strictly used for the purpose of valuation and is not shared or sold to third parties.
We maintain information in confidence, for a minimal duration of 12 months.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as health, race, religion, or biometric data.
